----------- Pricing -----------1. The payment you give will be entirely upfront, meaning the entire payment will be made before the commission starts. I will give half refunds for people that have waited over 3 weeks, but I will not give refunds when I have made great progress in the artwork. (ex. shading, rendering) If you feel like I forgot about your commission, please remind me!3. You do not have the right to use any of my work created for you if a full refund has been paid.(Refunds give 40% of the total cost back, but if i have less than 50% progress (no sketch or coloring) on the commission, you will get 100% back.)4. If you are confused on my price sheet, here is a more specific explanation: Do you want a headshot of your human character? That will be 10$. Do you want a painted style for it? That will up the price to 50$ in total. You look at what you are buying, and then add up what you want. (ex. headshot=10$ + painted=40$ = 50$ in total fee). If you are still confused, feel free to contact me via my Discord to ask any questions.5. Payment will be via PayPal or Kofi, and in USD. ** OR, ** robux payment. Please contact me from my Discord for further information about paying with robux, as these rules are made for USD payments. Using robux as payment translates USD into robux prices, that will be paid for using gamepasses.----------- Customization -----------6. Please be detailed in when describing your character! Sending inspiration/reference pictures of what you're looking for helps, or you can just send an image of the character you want drawn. Any of those are fine with me.7. The deadline (if wanted) will be discussed before I start your commission. Usually it would take around a month to 3 weeks to complete, ranging around the art's complexity.8. If you want a specific size of canvas, specific clothes, or accessories, etc, in your artwork, please, mention this beforehand.9. If you want to see the progress of your commission, please contact me via my Discord. You can also make edits or changes while I'm doing your commission. If you want something fixed, please don't be afraid to say something!
10. The deadline (if wanted) will be discussed before I start your commission. Usually it would take around a month to 3 weeks to complete, ranging around the art's complexity.11. All commissions that I post on my socials will have a small watermark whereas your version will not, unless it is for commercial use. I send 2 different versions of your artwork, one without the watermark and the other with the watermark.----------- Agreements -----------12. Do not claim artwork as your own, nor will you edit the artwork. You can only edit the artwork when I am in agreement with the editing, or for fixing mistakes, and critique.13. Do not use the art for AI, tracing, or NFTs. I will blacklist you from doing any further business with me if you do so.14. I may decline your request at any time, if I am uncomfortable drawing it.15. Do not refund the purchase after I have finished working on the art. Even if you have a problem with a segment of the art, it is still finished. I will not edit it anymore. I may blacklist you from working with me any further.16. My style and skills evolve over time. When you commission me, you agree to having your artwork made to reflect my style and level of drawing by the time I have finished your drawing. Previous artworks will not be updated, or redrawn for free due to style changes and/or improvement. The only updates you can get are only when I am currently drawing your commission. Any requests to redraw or change major details of a older commission will be treated as a new commission, and you will be paying the amount the commission is worth.----------- Commercial and Personal Use -----------17. (ONLY FOR CUSTOM DESIGNS) If commercial rights were not purchased or included by default, the buyer may only use my work for personal, non-commercial purposes. Even without commercial rights, the buyer may resell my design to another private individual for personal use, for a price not higher than the total amount paid (including the base design price and any additional commissioned artwork of the same character ).18. Artwork can be used as [commercial use, and personal use. Personal use is free. Posting the commission on social media is allowed for no cost with personal use, as long as I am credited.Thank you for reading my terms and conditions!
If there's anything you think I forgot to mention, or are confused on something, please contact me on Discord and ask. My time is EST.

1. Deadlines and time that I have for the commission fluctuate. If you feel that I don't have enough time for your commission, don't work on it enough, simply don't like the art style anymore, etc, you are allowed to ask for a refund for any reason.2. I am allowed to post wips (work in progresses) of the commission, but if asked not to, I will not post them.3. I am allowed to post the finished commission on social media unless told otherwise. You are allowed to as well, just don't take credit for making the commission.4. Other artists are allowed to use the artwork as a reference image.5. If I end up not being able to do the artwork for any reason, I will immediately tell you if something has come up. If the reason happens to be serious, I will give you a refund, no matter if I have over 50% progress on the commission or not.6. My workflow consists of me sending the sketch to you 1-2 days after the payment, and me asking you if the sketch is good for approval. If it is, I continue progress with the artwork. If not, I will change/add/remove what is needed, and then ask again. Repeat until everything is good with the sketch. (There is no fee for repeat adjustments.)
I do the same thing with the coloring, shading, and rendering. You may request multiple drawings in one dm, but they will be counted as separate commissions, and will need to be paid for.That's all. Thanks for reading the notes section :)
