terms & conditions
1. The payment you give will be 50/50 (half upfront, the other half when I have finished the artwork. This rule cannot be bartered with!) I will give half refunds for people that have waited over 3 weeks, but I will not give refunds when I have made great progress in the artwork. (ex. shading, rendering) If you feel like I forgot, please remind me!(Refunds give 60% of the total cost back, but if i have less than 50% progress on the commission, you will get 100% back.)2. If you are confused on my price sheet, here is a more specific explanation: Do you want a headshot? That will be 10$. Do you want a painted style for it? That will up the price to 50$ in total. You look at what you are buying, and then add up what you want. (ex. headshot=10$ + painted=40$ = 50$ in total fee). If you are still confused, feel free to contact me via my Discord to ask any questions.3. If you want a specific size of canvas, specific clothes, or accessories, etc, in your artwork, please mention this beforehand.4. Please be detailed in when describing your character! Sending inspiration pictures of what you're looking for helps, or you can just send an image of the character you want drawn. Any of those are fine with me.5. The deadline will be discussed before I start your commission. Usually it would take around a month to 3 weeks to complete, ranging around the art's complexity.6. If you want to see the progress of your commission, please contact me via my Discord. You can also make changes while I'm doing your commission. If you want something fixed, please don't be afraid to say something!7. Payment will be via PayPal or Kofi, and in USD. ** OR, ** robux payment. Please contact me from my Discord for further information about paying with robux, as these rules are made for USD payments.8. All commissions that I post on my socials will have a small watermark whereas your version will not, unless it is for commercial use.9. Do not claim artwork as your own, nor will you edit artwork unless discussed.10. Artwork can be used as commercial use, and personal use.11. Do not use the art for AI nor NFTs.12.
